Playoff Rookie Review

Jan 6th – 12th

Cam Akers: 28 carries 131 yards 1 TD 2 receptions 45 yards

Showing why he was considered a dark horse for ROTY in the preseason, Cam Akers Exploded in the first round of playoffs to help the Rams win and advance against the Seattle Seahawks. Showing his ability to be involved in any aspect of the game, Cam pulled in a couple receptions to add to his great day on the ground.

Facing off against the Packers next week, Cam will look to continue his success and try and help lift the Rams past the Packers.

Autos: $40-200

Silver Prizm: $45

Chase Claypool: 5 receptions 59 yards 2 TDs

Mapletron showed up to a gun fight armed and ready, pulling in two Touchdowns.

While his team may not have gotten the W, they got a Win in the 2020 NFL Draft picking Claypool.

With multiple WRs on the Steelers looking at free agency, odds are high that coming into the 2021 season Claypool may become the #1 option for the Steelers WR Corp.

Autos: $ 50-300

Silver Prizm: $40

Jonathan Taylor: 21 carries 78 yards 1 TD 2 receptions 6 yards

Jonathan Taylor showed that he can handle being the lead back, rushing 21 times for 78 yards and a Touchdown against a stout Bills Defense.

Still with things to work on over the offseason, Jonathan Taylor has the potential to be become one of if not the Top Running backs in the NFL, the talent mixed with the Opportunity presents being the lead back for the colts means that Taylor should be on your watch list and stay there.

Named to the finalist list for Rookie of the Year,

Autos: $65-300

Silver Prizm: $30

Michael Pittman JR: 5 Receptions 90 Yards 1 rush 11 yards

Michael Pittman Jr was a little slow to show out, waiting until week 6 to really give the fans a idea of his talent.

Hidden in a deep WR Corp on a Run Oriented team, Pittman gives the colts their first real field stretcher since TY Hiltons Hayday. Moving forward, with many of the vets poised to be free agents, look for Pittman to step into a much larger role for the 2021 season and forward.

Autos: $20- $80

Silver Prizm:  $30

Chase Young: 3 total tackles, 1 Solo tackle

Chase Young finished his rookie Season with 47 total tackles, 7.5 sacks, 10 tackles for a loss, 12 QB Hits, 4 forced fumbles and 3 fumble recoveries.

He is the only Defensive player to be a finalist for the Rookie of the Year Award.

Going forward, Chase Young looks to be the spearhead of what could become a dangerous defense in Washington.

Autos: $100 - 250

Silver Prizm: $45

Rookie of the Year Finalists

Justin Herbert: 4336 Yards (2nd highest for a rookie QB in NFL History), 31 TDs (Rookie Record) QBR 69.6

Justin Herbert had a rookie campaign for the ages, coming in second all time for yards and breaking Baker Mayfield’s Rookie TD record.

Herbert looks to be a star in this league as the Chargers have turned the reigns over to him fully. Look for him to continue to develop and hopefully take the steps in year two to continue his climb into NFL Stardom.

Autos: $400 - $2500

Silver Prizm: $750

Justin Jefferson: 88 receptions 1400 yards 7 TDs

Justin Jefferson would be a Shoo in for Rookie of the Year in many of the past years in NFL history.

Breaking the rookie receiving record for yards, Justin Jefferson exploded in 2020 for 1400 yards receiving.

Quickly stepping into the role left behind by Stefon Diggs, Justin Jefferson looks to be a force going forward for years to come.

Autos: $100 - $700

Silver Prizm: $105

James Robinson: 240 carries 1070 yards rushing 49 receptions 344 yards 10 Total TDs (7 rushing)

James Robinson was the biggest rookie surprise of the 2020 Season, going to a Jacksonville Jaguars team that traded lead back Leonard Fournette just prior to the start of the season. Stepping into the role of starter on week 1, James Robinson quickly made people forget that he was a an Undrafted Free Agent.

Looking to continue his meteoric climb, James Robinson will most likely be joined next year by Trevor Lawrence with the #1 Pick in the draft, only adding to his potential going forward.

Autos: $130 - 200
